After taking a stance on a relevant social issue, we were required to create a poster centered on it. I wanted to base my project on social anxiety, specifically anxiety in younger children. It’s a topic that not many people, specifically older audiences, acknowledge.

A lot of my research was spent looking into different charities and organizations that specialized in mental health, but mainly anxiety disorders. Some of the main ones I found are the NHS and the ADAA.
